Collection of World War 1 medals contained in a red leather purse with two fasteners. Includes two miniature sets of 4 medals attached with ribbons on a medal bar; Air force Cross, Imperial 1914-15 Star, British War medal and Allied Victory medal. Also includes three air force wing medals, two Ligue des Aviateurs and one R.A.A.F. wing clasps.

8 medals : brass and medal ; 5.2 x 6.8 cm., or smaller. + 1 purse (red leather) 11.5 x 17.0 cm.

C. T. P. Ulm, 1897-1934, aviator, was lost near Hawaii on a flight from Oakland, California to Australia. He married Mary Josephine Callaghan in 1927. From the description of Papers [manuscript].
